You can have the best bike, dialed fit, carbon everythingâand still feel unstable, inefficient, or sore on the bike.
Why?
Because cycling performance isnât just about your legs.
Itâs about whatâs holding everything together.
Most cyclists unknowingly ride with weak or poorly coordinated core and stabilizing muscles. Over time, this leads to compensation, muscle imbalances, and stress on the knees, hips, and lower back.
And eventually⌠pain, fatigue, or injury.
If your core canât properly stabilize your pelvis and spine, your power leaks out everywhere. Your legs work harder than they need to, your posture breaks down, and your body takes the hit.
Thatâs why core and stability training is one of the most overlooked performance tools in cycling.
The 14-Day New Year Core & Stability Challenge is designed to fix thatâfast.
â Strengthen deep core and stabilizing muscles
â Improve pelvic and spinal control on the bike
â Correct muscle imbalances caused by repetitive riding
â Reduce stress on knees, hips, and lower back
â Increase efficiency and power transfer
â Feel more controlled and confident in the saddle
Follow-along anytime and anywhere
Cyclist-specific
Easy to fit into your daily routine
This isnât about crunches or random core workouts.
Itâs about building functional strength where cyclists actually need it.
Before the challenge begins, youâll complete a Core Strength & Stability Assessment to establish your baseline.
At the end of the 14 days, youâll retest.
You wonât just notice the changeâyouâll feel it: stronger, more stable, and more connected on the bike.
Your body adapts to the positions you put it in.
Cycling is repetitive. Powerful. And very limited in range.
That means certain muscles get overused while othersâespecially stabilizersâget lazy. Sitting for prolonged periods of time, such at a desk or in a car, only compounds the problem.
Over time, this imbalance shows up as:
Core fatigue late in rides
Lower back tightness or pain
Knee or hip irritation
Poor posture on the bike
Loss of power and control
If your core canât stabilize your pelvis, everything above and below it has to compensate.
Thatâs where injuries start.
Your core isnât just your abs. Itâs a deep system of muscles that stabilizes your spine and pelvis and connects everything your upper and lower body do on the bike.
When your core is doing its job:
â Your pelvis stays stable under load
â Power transfers efficiently through each pedal stroke
â Your lower back stays supported, even on long rides
When itâs weak or poorly coordinated:
â Hips rock and posture breaks down
â Power leaks with every stroke
â Stress shifts into the knees, hips, and lower back
Thatâs why this challenge is built to strengthen and stabilize your core in the right wayâso youâre not just building strength, but actually fixing the imbalances that limit your riding and lead to injury.
Random core workouts donât translate to better riding.
Real stability requires:
â The right muscles activated first
â The pelvis and spine controlled next
â Strength layered on top for performance
Thatâs why so many cyclists try âcore workâ and quit after a weekâtheyâre doing hard exercises without building the foundation.
Our approach is intentional, progressive, and cycling-specific, so youâll feel more connected, stable, and powerful on the bike within just two weeks.

5 STARS!
"I had very tight quads and what was probably a lot of muscle imbalances in my legs and back caused by too much riding and not a lot of anything else. I've been using the programming pretty much daily and looking back, I've made a massive improvement in my level of flexibility. I recover faster, feel fitter, can last longer and as a result my mood is much better.” - Brad.

EASY TO STAY ON TRACK
“The best part is not having to worry whether I'm even doing the right thing! All I have to do is show up once a day and follow along, with the confidence that the stretching routine is designed by people who know what they're talking about, leaving me to focus my mental energy elsewhere! But what I really love is how easy it is to do - crank up the iPad, roll out the mat, do what you are told for 20 minutes - job done.” - Anders.

CONVENIENT
“If I have to think about this stuff, it won't happen. And if I have too many choices as to what to do, I will spend more time trying to decide than exercising. Instead, I can get up, launch the site, resume my course and follow along. The routines are engaging, the right length and not overly technical. They have been key to enabling me to incorporate stretching into my daily routine - and that is what has enabled me to keep on top of my performance.” - Mark
