Adaptive shortening is muscle tightness caused by a muscle being forced to remain in a shortened position for a prolonged period of time. Whether it be on a bike or in a desk chair, the cumulative time spent in these positions have real consequences on muscle structure. This can lead to:
❌Muscle imbalance ❌Bad posture on & off the bike ❌Circulatory issues ❌Knee pain ❌Lower back pain ❌Underdeveloped glutes
Our stretching program has been designed to make the most of your time, targeting problem areas in a specific sequence to attack muscles from a variety of angles. Muscles have to be unpacked and balanced in a particular way to have the desired result. It is a combination of practices maintained over time that will help your muscles lengthen and sustain a healthy range of motion, especially as you age.
The cycling position unfortunately relies heavily on a strong core, but doesn't build one. You may have the strongest quads in the world, but without a strong core that can act as a platform to the pedaling motion, you won't be able to ride efficiently. A weak core also causes tension in the lower back, which can lead to pain and injury.
❌Lower back pain ❌Lowered bone density ❌Muscle imbalance
Our three phase strength training plan is easy to follow and targets all the areas that act as support in the cycling position and motion. It can be done at home with minimal equipment. We want to take the guesswork out of strength training for cyclists, and have you reaping all the benefits in short targeted sessions, without having to step foot in a gym.
Whether you're just getting started with cycling or you're looking to improve, it can be difficult to know where to start. It is natural for cyclists to hit a plateau, and it can be tough to push past it. Our training plans are designed to be easy to follow, with daily videos from our coach to keep you on track. You'll combine technical focuses with high intensity riding, cadence work and endurance intervals. Four plans to choose from: Beginner Enthusiast, Build Endurance, Grand Fondo, and Master the Climb.
✔️Track your progress ✔️Improve technique ✔️Video explanation of each days ride ✔️Train with purpose ✔️Have fun!
Our goal is to have you feeling and riding your best. From getting clipped in for the first time to cornering and cadence, our video courses will take you every step of the way.
✔️Clipping In ✔️Confidence on the Road ✔️Cornering ✔️Stopping ✔️Pedaling Technique ✔️Cadence ✔️Climbing

"I absolutely love the Dynamic Cyclist program. I have done it 1-2 times/ day diligently since starting my membership about 6 months ago. It has been transformative for a life long inflexible guy (physically that is). I have turned both my siblings and a number of my riding buddies onto it!"
Galia Kaspi | Israel
"I started with Dynamic Cyclist six months ago, knowing I needed something to help me get through a very hard and demanding exercise plan (I am a six-time Ironman athlete).
It was recommended to me by my coach who, like me, stretches everyday. I credit my physical condition, no training injuries and great posture, to the Dynamic Cyclist stretching and strength plans and it's something that I look forward to everyday!"
Jérémie Ledru | Canada
"As a rural cyclist I can say that the format, relatively short videos led by a professional that I can do at home, helped me getting into stretching everyday! Quite often my family will end up following along and there will be 3-4 of us going through a routine. It's a great way to unwind and relax at the end of the day."
Artur Perzanowski | Poland
"I've been a cyclist for years, but I've always struggled with back pain. Two months after starting Dynamic Cyclist it was gone. I've been a member now for 8 months, and I'm feeling stronger than ever!"
