How to use this training plan:

STEP 1 - Own a Bike

Our goal is to keep things as simple as possible while leveling up your cycling. If you own a road bike, then you can do this plan. The only other equipment that will make things simpler is a cycling computer that can measure cadence (you do NOT need a power meter).

STEP 3 - Print this calendar.

This PDF Calendar is meant to be a reminder of the big picture goals of this training plan. Print it out and put it on the fridge or somewhere you look everyday.
