Length: 8 Weeks 

Average Training Time Per Week: 6 Hours 

Goal: This plan is meant for beginner enthusiasts who want to increase riding efficiency, confidence and train with some structure and goals, but also don't have a ton of time to commit to it. Throughout this plan there are technical videos on gaining confidence, stopping, cornering, pedaling technique, cadence and more. By the end of the 8 weeks, you will be able to to tackle a 3 hour ride with ease. 

Build Endurance

Length: 8 Weeks 

Average Training Time Per Week: 7 Hours 

Goal: Our endurance plan was created for beginner to intermediate riders who want to increase their endurance, work on power output, and learn about pacing. Through big gear, RPM focus, and endurance rides  this plan will up your riding efficiency and have you tackling 4 hour rides feeling stronger than ever. 

Master the Climb

Length: 4 Weeks 

Average Training Time Per Week: 7 Hours 

Goal: Unless you live in a perfectly flat area, cycling comes down to how efficient you are as a climber. This is a concentrated 4 week plan for intermediate riders looking to improve their climbing or prepare for a particularly hilly race. Throughout the plan you will tackle topics such as the mechanics of climbing, the role of cadence, pacing, and your mental game. 

Gran Fondo

Length: 8 Weeks 

Average Training Time Per Week: 9.5 Hours 

Goal: The Gran Fondo Plan was created to prepare riders for an event or race 120km or more. This demands more of a time commitment, but has huge payouts with focused training sessions that include interval training, big gear rides, hill climbs, and endurance focus. This program will also teach you how to recovery properly with stretching routines and taper weeks.

His accomplishments are numerous including 2006 Canada Ironman champion and dozens of professional wins as a triathlete. Jasper brings over twenty five years of real life experience to the programs he creates and delivers them within a structure that is easy to understand and makes sense.

 
Jordan Cheyne | Climbing Coach

Jordan combines vast experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia. Jordan has been a coach and cycling instructor for 10 years to dozens of endurance athletes. He is now preparing for the season as a part of one of North America’s premiere professional teams Elevate-KHS.
